A Feast for Curious Minds

"A Feast for Curious Minds" is a monthly LinkedIn newsletter series which explores themes around DEI, Environment, Education, and Youth. It has been designed around the concept of a menu, with the main being a deep dive article on the topic, and the sides, appetizers, and desserts covering shorter related subtopics. The side dishes explore the science, history, and ethics of the topic. Infographics offer easily digestible appetizers, and the dessert section leaves you with creative inspirations, "food for thought" and takeaways

Structure - The Menu

Main

LinkedIn Articles

The bulk of the theme's insights will be written and posted as a LinkedIn article. This article will be written as a discussion around the issue - why it is an issue, and why we should care. The articles will include personal experience elements, and be written in an interactive style.

Appetizers

Infographics

The infographics will be used periodically within the newsletter as a way to summarize and showcase the information from the sides in a visual, digestible manner. These serve as flash, visual tasters for the contents of the following side pieces.

Specials

This Month's Special Guest

This section will feature "special guest"  interviews. These people can be those who work in areas related to the theme, or those with a strong passion or background in it.

Sides

Side dishes & Bite-sized Facts

These side pieces, centered around the science, history, and ethics of the main topic will explore shorter related information, ensuring that the theme is inspected from multiple angles, as well as providing other interesting and useful facts in bite-sized chunks.

Desserts

Creative Inspirations & Food for Thought.

Creative inspirations are a flexible section in the newsletter which can feature creative media such as art, poetry, and photography. The food for thought will be placed at the end of each newsletter as a question to invite readers to reflect on the connections to their own lives.

Takeaways

Takeaways

Takeaways are placed at the end of the newsletters, coupled with an infographic summary. These serve as a TLDR, pulling together key points, and connecting the learnings from the above information.
